Meet the Founders

Katrina Timberlake Holmes, a native of Camden, NJ, is a dedicated community leader, passionate about education and youth development. Raised by George and Beverly Timberlake, Katrina’s journey began at Dr. Charles E. Brimm Medical Arts High School, followed by her studies at Harrisburg Community College.

In 2007, she tied the knot with Aaron Holmes of Bridgeton, NJ. The couple, now proud parents of three wonderful children, Luis, Amari, and Keyaura, finds immense joy in supporting their kids’ athletic endeavors, reveling in the simple pleasures that bring smiles to their faces.

Relocating to Lancaster, PA, in 2010, the Holmes family embraced their new community, immersing themselves in their children’s education. Recognizing the value of their experiences, Katrina and Aaron became active volunteers, contributing to both school and community initiatives.

In the winter of 2022, driven by their daughter’s passion for basketball, the Holmes family embarked on a transformative journey. They took her and her team to various college basketball games, providing valuable exposure to the next level of play. Inspired by this experience, Engage Inspire Expose was born in August 2023.

Supported by her husband Aaron, Katrina’s commitment extends beyond Engage Inspire Expose. A respected figure in the School District of Lancaster, she serves as a newly elected School Board Director. Her involvement spans key committees such as the Equity Steering Committee, Athletics Planning Team, Campus PAC Team, and District PAC Team.

Outside of the school realm, Katrina actively participates in the community. She serves on the Lancaster City Human Relations Commission Advisory Council and plays a pivotal role in organizing CJ’s Hoop for Hope, a free summer basketball program benefiting aspiring players of all ages.
